Confirmations & Cancellations
Appointment confirmations will be made at least 24 hours before your appointment date. If we have not received a response, are unable to reach you, and/or can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. In order to secure your reservation, a card on file is required. It is not charged at the time you make your reservation.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request you provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel any appointments. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the card on file for $25 of your scheduled appointment. If you “NO SHOW” to your appointment, we will charge $35 fee (A “NO SHOW” will result in a charge to the card we have on file. Fee is subject to change based on timing of appointment) of your scheduled appointment.
This cancellation policy is in place to allow us the time to inform our guests on the waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Our salon reserves the right to require prepayment.
Disclaimer
All prices are starting prices. In the event that additional time or products are needed, additional costs may be applied. Prices may vary due to length, thickness and necessary steps to achieve desired color or style. Prices also vary depending on stylist. Quotes are estimates only and additional services may be needed.
While we strive for accuracy, mistakes happen. In the event of an incorrect price on a quote, you will be notified and given the option to accept the corrected price or cancel.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the best and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and booking menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Deposits
Some salon services require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment upon booking. If a deposit is not made the appointment will be cancelled. This time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24 hour notice is appreciated. Failure to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit. If you NO SHOW you forfeit your deposit.
Client Satisfaction
We understand that things happen and that even the professionals may get it wrong occasionally. If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon immediately to let us know. Our team will be more than happy to walk you through our redo policy. All service adjustments must be performed within 7 days of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied. No Refunds. This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind.” If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix it.
